Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010

Seriously, I never bother about what skincare to use for prevention of skin aging issue, what to eat for a healthy life. But when you are reaching at the midst of your life, the moment you stand in front of mirror, you’ll tend to find the changes. Yeah, the wrinkles, freckles are what I meant.

I have skin problem of acne and imbalance colour skin since young. The money I spent for those ineffective products enough for me to buy a car. Lately, I got to know about Oxis. Their products are using the latest technology with anti aging, antioxidant, glutathione, penny stocks & free radical.

For more useful info, you may visit to http://www.oxis.com/, or Oxis on facebook or follow to Oxis on Twitter.

>medical protection<

Friday, April 23rd, 2010

down with flu AGAIN…

Thursday, April 8th, 2010

Xavier is like being curse with sickness every month. It begin to happen on December by having flu, running nose, cough, block nose and I noticed the condition is getting worst each time.

On March 21, I brought both of them to see paed in KL due to the medicines given by paed in JB unable to cure. Imagine they had even ‘empty the bottle’ of medicine and yet no sign of subside. I almost got faint for that. So the doc prescribed with some flu medicines and antibiotic. They were fully subsided within a week but 2 weeks later, got the flu bug attacking him again. This time, the running nose got worsens and caused red, watery swollen eyes. His nose got hurt after being umpteen times of rubbing and wiping. He cried, he whined all night long for the unwell…

I took 2 days off for taking him though I noticed his sickness started right after my mom went back to KL, they are sending to stay with someone they are not so close to. I’m not sure if this is the root cause but according to their Ah Ngm (my cousin sis in-law), they both has no problem staying there especially Xavier. He is the most ‘easy-get-along’ child among 3 kiddos (they is another boy taking care by her).

As on today, the flu got better but Xandria seem to be infected. Sighh….

Down with FLU…

Thursday, September 17th, 2009

Finally, it has come to end of week where I tremendously hoping to have a good rest. 2 days ago, little Xavier was whining throughout the night probably due colic or stomachache. 2 days later, I’m down with flu…hopefully it’s not ‘swine flu’ and the kiddos will not be infected by my flu virus.

Arrrhh… it’s really killing me when I have to stay away from kiddos yet I need to take care of them on the same time. Tell me, what are the ever-best ways to prevent your kiddos being infected while you can still enjoy your time with them?? Or I shall try on the new launch of pediasure supplementary product for them? My head is spinning, my snot is sniveling and my tear keeps running out from my eye frame, yet I’m still thinking of how to take care of my children. Guess this is what a nature role of a mother…

Gosh, I really hope to have good rest by now…

Caution: Danger everywhere…

What a scary true stories…

If I’m not blog-hopping at this mommy’s blog, I would never know how dangerous it will for a kid to play in the ‘playing corner’ at the Mall or fast food restaurants.

I was so heartache to read these inccident happened. Here goes the stories about ‘Ball Pit’:

CASE 1: From a caring mother – kids at ball pit

One of my sons lost his watch, and was very upset. We dug and dug in those balls, trying to find his watch. Instead, we found vomit, food, faeces, and other stuff I do not want to discuss.
I went to the manager and raised hell. Come to find out, the ball pit is only cleaned out once a month. I have doubts that it is even done that often. My kids will never play in another ball pit.

CASE 2: Lauren Archer, son Kevin, lived in Melbourne, Australia.

On October 2nd, 1999 I took my only son to MxD’ for his 3rd birthday. After he finished lunch, I allowed him to play in the ball pit. When he started whining later on, I asked him what was wrong, he pointed to the back of his pull-up and simply said “Mommy, it hurts.” I couldn’t find anything wrong with him at that time. I bathed him when we got home, and it was at that point when I found a welt on his left buttock.

Upon investigating, it seemed as if there was something like a splinter under the welt. I made an appointment to see the doctor the next day, but soon he started vomiting and shaking, then his eyes rolled back into his head. From there, we went to the emergency room. He died later that night. It turned out that the welt on his buttock was the tip of a hypodermic needle that had broken off inside.

The autopsy revealed that Kevin had died from a heroine overdose. The next week, the police removed the balls from the ball pit. There was rotten food, several hypodermic needles: some full, some used; knives, half-eaten candy, diapers, and the stench of urine.

CASE 3:

A little boy had been playing in a ball pit @ a Bxxger Kxxg & started complaining of his legs hurting. He later died too. He was found to have snakebites all over his legs & buttocks. When they cleaned the ball pit they found that there was a snake’s nest in the ball pit. He had suffered numerous bites from a very poisonous snake.

I just didn’t aware how dangerious it will be to have kids playing in the ball pit. After reading this, will you consider to let your kids play in there?? Definitely not for my kids…
